Description :

• To drive and develop strategy and roadmap for company’s products and distribution network across the range of products throughout the regions
• Responsible and accountable for the achievement and betterment of territorial sales through proper extension of sales & marketing plan
• Develop, build and implementing sales strategies, effective business opportunity and initiatives
• Work collaboratively with the development, marketing, technical and support teams to create, launch and improve a successful product line
• Identify sales opportunities and develop prospect leads in for payment gateway services and solutions
• Build goodwill and strong relationship with new and existing partners/clients
• Experience in pre-sales and proposals building based on customer requirement RFI/RFP
• Prepare and present KPI achievement on monthly basis to management
• Having experience in payment gateway solution, Ecommerce, web-based banking, payments ecosystem in banking and retail segment is an added advantage

Requirements :

• Aggressive, results-oriented, resourceful & has excellent negotiation, interpersonal & communication skills
• Self-motivated and creative thinker able to nurture customer relationship and understand client’s needs
• A self-starter, proactive, sales oriented, well organized, a great team player and a high achiever
• Excellent grasp of business case and financial analysis, sales management and time management
• Having existing relationship with the people from the industry will be an added advantage
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related industry is required for this position
• Able to communicate at all levels of management and work independently
• Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Knowing Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Applicants must be willing to work in Mid Valley City
• Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
• Proficient in E‐Commerce
• Possess own transport (car) with valid driving license
