Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and establish the highest standard of room and public area cleanliness and appearance.
  • Well supervision and training of housekeeping assistant.
  • Implement housekeeping department inventory and keep the inventory updated.
  • To ensure smooth daily routine operation of housekeeping department
  • To develop and work closely with other hotel operations department.
  • To attend and resolve all guests complaints.
  • To prepare weekly and annual budget for housekeeping department.

Requirements :

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in housekeeping department is required.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiar with inventory system of housekeeping
  • Must have strong leadership skills with pleasant disposition and friendly personality

Hiring of Housekeeping Manager

Location: Petaling Jaya (Before June18); based at the property (Jalan 2/65A, Kuala Lumpur) after June18

Salary : RM3,000 – RM4,000

Working hours: 5 days a week
