CUSTOMER SERVICE CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Coordinate and monitor logistics operations for all channels including via Air, Sea and Land customers, vendors, and appointed forwarders.
• Handling of import/export for both international /domestic shipments
• Prepare sales order and track shipment as per the set SOPs
• Liaise with the customers & operation team for order processing & ensure delivery without delay
• Constantly update customers with the shipment tracking details
•  Prepare Invoice/Billing & forward the final documents to the customers as per the agreed terms & conditions
• Ensure payment receipt before releasing the documents (as per the payment terms)
• Preparation& issue quotation / costing/ billing to customers
• Follow up emails, update customer status of shipment and any other inquiries
• Collection of fund from client
• Administrative task
• Any other task as assigned by the superior

Requirements :

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary /STPM
• At least 1 year work experience in Import / Export / Logistics / Supply Chain

• Handles multiple tasks, switches priorities and focuses as needed.
• Detail oriented and keen problem solving abilities. Innovative thinker.
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication and extraordinary presentation skills
• Proficient in English
• Experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SQL Accounting System will be an added advantage
