Description :
- Tendering, Bidding & Contract works.
- Well verse in Construction Specifications and Labour Law of Malaysia.
- General QS functions for CSA –civil, structural & architectural works; such as costing and comparison, awarding of works, evaluation and process of subcontractor /supplier progress billing.
- Prepare procurement schedule.
- Prepare draft of project cash flow.
- Submit Client progress billing.
- Can work with a minimum supervision.

Requirements :
Language: English
Education:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or any related course.
- Graduate in reputable school.
Experience:
- min 1- 2 years working experience in building construction industry
