Description :

1.         Performs assigned accounting and related clerical support functions. 

a.         Maintains files, including filing of general ledger journal vouchers, accounts payable documentation, and other miscellaneous filings.

b.         Types a variety of documents, reports, and records.

c.         Keys daily worksheets to the general ledger system.

d.         Prints daily accounts payable checks and inserts checks and invoices into envelopes for mailing

2.         Prepares summary computations of various Suppliers.

3.         Processes general purchases of the Company. 

4.         Process cash disbursement.

5.         Releases processed checks to suppliers and other concerned parties. 

6.         Performs bank reconciliations: 

a.         Banco de Oro – Greenhills

b.         Banco de Oro – SJ - Greenhills

c.         Bank of the Philippine Island Peso Account - Missourri

d.         Land Bank – North Edsa

e.         Rizal Savings Bank (RSB)

7.         Prepares statement of account for unit display as necessary.

8.         Prepares ticket for issuance to the branches.

9.          Performs various functions for suppliers in relation to TAX requirements.

a.            Prepares monthly Withholding tax summary

b.            Validates consolidated tax withheld

c.            Prepares monthly input tax summary

d.            Process / prepares certificate of tax withheld (BIR form 2307)

Requirements :

Male/ Female, not more than 35 yrs old

- BS Accounting graduate

- Must be a CPA board passer

- Preferably with 2 years’ experience in Accounting 

- With good leadership skills / can work with least supervision

- Proficient in oral and written communication.

- Computer literate

- Experience in an automotive industry or related field an advantage
