Description :
- Management reporting - maintaining a full set of accounts : preparation of monthly management accounts and the required schedules.
- Collating and processing sales, purchases, expenses, claims, payments and receipts documents and entry into accounting system.
- Bank Reconciliation, Sales Reconciliation, Intercompany Account Reconciliation etc.
- Accounts Receivables - managing accounts receivables, debtor aging and follow-up on collection.
- Accounts Payable - managing accounts payable, creditors aging and ensuring creditors are paid on a timely basis.
- Maintaining Fixed Assets Register.
- Maintaining Accruals and Prepayments and other Balance Sheet Schedules.
- Accounting for GST - GST coding and submission of GST returns.
- Liaising with clients and attending to clients' routine and ad hoc requirements.
- Liaising with auditors - Preparation of year-end financial statements, notes to the accounts and supporting schedules for external audit purposes and attending to auditors' queries.
- Liaising with tax agent - preparation of accounting information required by tax agent and attending to tax agent's queries.
Requirements :
- Bachelor in Accounting/ACCA (completed or final level)
- 3-5 years relevant working experience
- Good command of English Language (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Working knowledge in Accounting Software (SAP/Oracle/Netsuite/Quickbooks/UBS/Accpac/MYOB etc) is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Salary will commensurate with qualification and relevant working experience
