Description :
1Oversees all company social media accounts management
Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
3. Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
4. Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
5. Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
6. Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
7. Attend to ad hoc tasks / analysis as requested by Management from time to time

3. Computer Software Proficiency
4. Advertising and Copywriting
5. Content Creation,
6. Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience,
7. Proofreading and Editing Skills
8. Interpersonal Skills
9. Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
10. Customer Service Skills
11. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
12. Proficient in spoken and written English and Malay
13. Bachelor Degree or Diploma in related field or equivalent with minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
