Description :

·        Oversee and manage HR functions including but not limited to recruitment and hiring, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, training and development, etc.

·        Ensure all HR practices comply with labour laws, statutory and relevant regulations.

·        Works closely with management and supports them on a day-to-day basis through prompt, efficient, and solutions based customer-oriented service. Acts as human resource advisor and provides relevant advice pertaining to HR issues.

·        Works and collaborates with the management of organisational change program and works towards the effective implementation of such programs.

·        Responsible for the manpower planning to maximise the productivity of the company.

·        Manage the employee’s performance by recommending and implementing proper performance management system.

·        Manage employees’ disciplinary issues, handle employees’ grievances and provide counselling.

·        Promotes positive employee relations climate in the Company through fair employment practices to strengthen employee commitment and job satisfaction.

·        Bench-marking compensation and benefits with market to support salary review proposals that ensure market competitiveness and factors in employee preferences

 

·        Communicates and consults in all areas of human resources including compensation, benefits, staffing, organisational development, employee relations, and performance management in alignment with common human resources strategies and processes.

Requirements :

·        Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Study/ Human Resource or any relevant qualifications.

·        At least eight (8) years of working experience with three (3) years in managerial roles in the related field.

·        Strong knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including operation, compensation, benefits, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and organisation development.

·        Sound knowledge of labour and industry relations laws and practices

·        Required skills: Microsoft Office and HR software.

·        An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.

·        Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

·        A team player with leadership skills.
