Partners with Retail Sales & Marketing Team, Operations, Training, Accounting and other departments to assist with the implementation of core HR Strategies and systems company wide.
Counsels and advises key customers regarding HR programs such as Performance Development System, Rewards and Recognition systems, Respectful workplace policies, investigations and development of corrective action plans. Coaches with the goal of transferring core people management skills.
Provides training and development for key customers on HR policies, practices and systems to achieve self-sufficiency and shared responsibility.
Anticipates, identifies, and assists in the investigation and resolution of legal cases.
Implement company policies to encourage employees to have self-discipline and to guide them in their daily routine inside the company premises.
Solve employee issue by conducting internal hearings and investigations, and gathering of related documents to minimize the negative impact of employee grievances and to resolve disputes.
Requirements :
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably with in depth experience in Compensation & Benefits,Labor and Employee Relations.
