Description :

·        Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and create marketing campaigns.

·        Leading strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability for the organisation

·        Proactively prospect, develop and cultivate leads for the sales pipeline.

·        Preparing and delivering marketing plans within key objectives.

·        Grow and maintain advertiser and agency relationships to effectively build and grow ad revenue.

·        Identifying opportunities to create brand awareness, increase sales and cultivate brand loyalty.

·        Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets according to sales plan.

·        Display a thorough understanding of assigned account's business needs and revenue potential.

·        Presents, negotiates and sells Online Media's products to prospective agency and direct clients, typically pitching to executives, media planners and marketing managers

·        Developing and maintaining strong relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.

·        Managing direct reports, plans and controls marketing expenditure.

Requirements :

·        Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree with min 5 years of experience specialising in advertising, client servicing or equivalent.

·        Proven track record of sales success with media agencies and direct advertiser relationships is an added bonus.

·        Good communication skills; possess an analytical mind and have good problem solving skills.

·        Solid understanding of the advertising landscape and advertising sales operations. Some knowledge of online advertising with regards to advertising options and technology.

·        Possess excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

·        Strong interpersonal skills and capable of building strong working relationship.

·        Strong initiation, self-motivated & possess problem solving skills.

·        Able to foster a strong teamwork with all colleagues.
