Job Description:

·         Responsible for general maintenance and upkeep of the development, ensure operational efficiency and services compliance to the Company & service standard.

 

·         Assist the manager in overseeing day to day building matters

 

·         Supervise and coordinate the operation of out-sources services providers (cleaning, landscaping, pest control & etc) 

 

·         Attend to inquiries, requests and complaints from tenant, and subsequently coordinating with all relevant parties to resolve the issues.

 

·         Liaise with main contractors during the defects liability period (DLP) to ensure proper documentation of the handing over

 

·         Analysis, preparation of reports, ensures proper documentation and other related administrative jobs.

 

·         Monitor & Handle contract tenancy & contractor, which includes sourcing for quotations, terms and cost negotiations, and submission for management approval

 

·         Monitor on rent collection, verify the accuracy of transactions in system, take corrective actions and prepare monthly collection for submission to finance department

 

·         Prepare operation report on periodical basis for management evaluation and review

 

 

Requirements :

·         Diploma / Degree in Building Management or related discipline

·         Minimum 2 years and above in property management, with experience in handling DLP

·         Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Possess strong letter writing skills in contract & etc

·         Mature personality, meticulous and diligent, versatile in performing multi tasks

·         Good written and verbal command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

·         Knowledge of other languages and dialects is an added advantage

·         Good computer knowledge - Microsoft Office applications
