Description :

Responsible for the day to day operation of Scheduling Department Virtual Roster. Liaises with on-board/shore departments ensuring that there is an accurate and cost effective provision of appropriate skilled employees rostered to each department.

Produce and oversee rosters for Department which satisfies operational demands.

Effectively manage labour mix in regards to the employee status, skills and shifts and proactively identifying roster quality improvement and adjustment prior implementation.

Assist in identifying and recommending improvements to rostering practices / processes which results in improved roster efficiencies, technical and operating practices and financial gains/savings for the company.

Responsible for production and distribution of Schedules.

Liase and communicate extensively with the departments representative to effectively manage all labour related & changes in requirements.

Assist in performance management of Officers, Scheduling.

Provides guidance and coaching to all our clients by conducting training to ensure that all are complying with departmental/company policies and procedures.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.

Casino Resort experience in a scheduling/ manpower management role in a medium to large organizations and/or relevant Ship Board/ Scheduling experience highly regarded.

Excellent written and oral English, some Chinese Traditional and Simplified written and oral.

Customer service background.

Organizational skills including able to prioritize manage time and meet strict deadlines.

Knowledge in Advanced Microsoft Office suite products, including Excel & Outlook and some knowledge of SQL an advantage.
