Job Summary

Responsible for conceptualizing ideas that will increase employee retention and implementation of Company Events, Engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs, Employee Engagement Programs of the company that will keep employees engaged.

Responsibilities

-Handles end-to-end process of each of the Company Event, including, but not limited to, monitoring the design and set –up of the venue/office, as appropriate to each event.
-Responsible for the purchase of materials, supplies, prizes and other items necessary for each event.
-Handle first level negotiation with suppliers and service providers.
-Create strategies and come up with creative posters/marketing strategies to disseminate information to the employees to increase participation rate.
-Facilitate Employee Satisfaction Survey, Employee Feedback 
Survey and Performance Evaluation within agreed timeline.
-Maintains employees 201 records and ensures that all documents pertinent to the personnel’s employment are kept and that safekeeping of these files is properly maintained at all times.
-Perform general administrative duties including but not limited to assisting applicants for examination, interview process and on –boarding.
-Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
