Description :

The main responsibility of the position is to manage day-to-day operations of the HR functions such as but not limited to the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs.

 

Liaise with other departments for HR issues & concerns
Provide assistance and guidance to all department heads on all issues regarding HR
Provide general HR advise to all staff & team leaders regarding HR processes, policies, programs and documentation
Assists in Employee Escalations & provides HR counselling when required 
Conduct New Hire Orientation
In -charge in processing and documentation for internal hiring
Maintains HR calendar & bulletin board
Issue Company -wide staff communication such as but not limited to memos, policies & announcements
Handles employee/labor relations including but not limited to NTE review and validation, conduct initial investigation and admin hearing; submission of recommendation for the decision
Administration of compensation and benefits -both statutory & company -initiated
Create HR programs to create efficient and conflict -free workplace
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and hardcopy
Improve, propose and implement Employee Engagement activities
Handle recruitment and timekeeping as well as preparation of government mandated reports

Requirements :

Qualifications:

At least one (1) year experience in HR specifically recruitment and employee relations Good English communication skills
Good analytical and people skills
Detailed and goal -oriented
