Juris PM fundamentally must be able to communicate well verbally and in writing. He or she is meticulous and smart and has a capability to understand how software works. Proactiveness and ability to build relationship with all stakeholders should already be a second nature.

Juris PM plans well and ahead from overall objectives & timeline, resource planning, weekly and daily activities of the project workforce etc. He or she needs to ensure these plans are executed accurately and timely manner. Juris PM shall be prompt and quick to response to change, as any changes in plans needs to be mitigated, re-baseline & communicated upfront to all stakeholders.

Has combination of skills including an ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts. Able to spot for gaps in expectations between the client and the project team and addressing these gaps, maintaining professionalism and good technique when discussing expectations gaps with the clients. When gaps exist, he or she needs to manage scope and expectation effectively to both clients and Juris. 

Juris PM is responsible for making wise decisions in the project. He or she should be spot-on to identify project risks and issues and make sure they mitigate risk and minimize uncertainty. Every decision our Juris PM makes must directly benefit the project; creating win-win results for both the clients and Juris and all stakeholders.

To absorb and learn Agile methodologies and monitor, clear or escalate based on the Agile methods e.g. to be the scrum master during the daily kanban stand-up, effectively clear roadblocks, identify resource gaps in terms of cards ownership and progression (who is overloaded and who is under achieving) and come out with mitigation plans if progression are not as per expectation.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent with at least a Second Class Upper or CGPA above 3.3.

·         At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position

·         Required language(s): English (Excellent communicating and writing skills)

·         Possesses mastery interpersonal skills and ability to manage both client’s and project team expectation.

·         Has managed project team with at least 6 personnel.

·         Preferably with experience in delivering large scale software projects in the banking or telecommunications industry

·         Must be willing to learn aspects of the software solutions from functional to technical

·         Project Management Certification (PMP/Scrum Master/Agile) will be considered favourably

·         Have experience in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, to organize their tasks and workforce
