Description :

Sales Support

• Responsible for day to day order processing
• Prepare sales detailing kits and materials
• Prepare reports for Division (Sales Report, Marketing Expense Report, etc.)
• Liaise with Logistics Division and vendors for requisition of stocks and other items
• General admin support for the team

Marketing

• Acquire product knowledge –aesthetic medical equipment
• Support the Product Manager to execute the division’s marketing plans, product launches, trade exhibitions, seminars, workshops, press conferences, etc. according to the division’s Standard Operating Protocol (SOP)
• Work with sales team to ensure that marketing plans and efforts are translated on the sales floor
• Develop and maintain cordial relations with local and overseas business associates

Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree
• At least one (1) year of working experience preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Possess good presentation and communication skills
• Self-motivated and resourceful
• Meticulous and detailed-oriented
• Team player who is also capable of working independently
• Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
