A Project Manager (PM) at Synapse is the custodian of the client account. Apart from being a communication specialist, who understands the nuances of creating compelling communication and therefore is able to brief and drive communication work of exemplary quality and logic, he/she needs to be able to understand the pain areas for clients look at the big picture and bring a clear vision to the proposed solution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Take ownership of client account

·         Content creation & deployment on social channels

·         Campaign execution

·         Events / event planning and support

·         Daily response management

·         Daily social conversation monitoring

·         Analytics / Monthly report / Campaign reports

·         Share of voice / sentiment tracking

·         Influencer Management

·         Manage the Social CRM tool

Desired skills

·         Excellent writing / verbal skills

·         Has 2-3 years’ experience in managing social media accounts

·         Extensive knowledge of popular social media platforms

·         Working knowledge of social media CRM tool(s)

·         Flexible & ability to multi-task and deliver under tight deadlines

·         Willing to self-learn and explore the latest trends in social media
