- Generating new leads and turning them into sales for Public Courses, In House Trainings and Membership.
- Maintaining databases for marketing purposes.
-Strategizing on sales initiatives via sequential marketing.
-Strategizing on email marketing campaigns via marketing software.
-Maintaining and updating social media sites such as Facebook and Linkedin to create awareness on MECA's events.
-Researching organizations online to identify potential market leads.
-Contacting potential sales leads via phone / email to establish rapport and set up meetings.
-Developing proposals for In-House Trainings & Public Courses.
-Negotiating and closing sales on phone & email.
- Organizing monthly training courses / ad hoc events.
- Organizing monthly members meeting.
- Ensuring targets are met for each Public Courses, In House Trainings and Membership.
- Issuing invoices and updating payment records.
-Preparing monthly target reports in view of Public Courses, In House Trainings & Membership.
-Attending gatherings pertaining to the industry.
- Maintaining a health clientele relationship.
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin would be an advantage)
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in related field
- Proficient in basic computer skills
-Possess own transport
-Basic salary between RM1,800- RM 2,500 ( subject to experience & interview results)
