Description :
- Able to use and build financial models – providing financial projections mainly for:
- Investment evaluation; and
- Internal business plan purposes
- Able to apply appropriate sensitivity and scenario analysis to support investment evaluation
- Assist in project financing and act as liaison for the financing process. For e.g., compile documents for the initiation of the financing process, monitor acceptance of credit facility and drawdown process
- Support project teams in investment evaluation, primarily relating to financial modelling assistance
- Assist and actively contribute in performing investment and divestment assessments including due diligence activities and the appointment of external advisors
- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks
Requirements :
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- Master’s degree and/or professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CFA) are desirable and an added advantage
- Strong foundation in financial modelling, valuation and accounting
- Would currently be in a role with at least 3 years of relevant experience
