Description :

• To prepare, submit and obtain exemption letter from Custom (LMW).
• Prepare documentation according to custom regulations.
• To submit LMW monthly report and licensed renewal.
• To verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• To compile all completed declaration documents and ensure all are in order to handover the documents to respective destination forwarding agent.
• Maintain application of tax exemption approval within time frame.
• To ensure compliance according to the legal & regulations on reporting and declaration.
• Assist to translate the documents from English to Chinese (submit to China HQ review)
• To do other tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirements :

• Possess Diploma in Supply Chain / Business Administration or equivalent
• Possess at least (2) Years experience in Logistic / Shipping in Manufacturing working environment
• Good knowledge in Malaysia Customs Clearance Processes and LMW matters.
• Applicants must be willing work at Lipat Kajang, Jasin, Melaka
