Our client, a Non-Governmental and Non-Profit Organization Charitable Organisation with the mission to provide guidance and funding in support the welfare and the well-being of orphans and underprivileged children in Malaysia. They have been actively helping underprivileged children to have a chance at a normal childhood like any other children possibly could. They are current looking to fill this role urgently.

Job Descriptions:

• Spot fundraising opportunities and raise awareness of the foundation’s work.
• Build relationships with individual and  major donors.
• Devise and organise fundraising campaigns and events to retain, create and increase Foundations awareness.

Requirements :

• Degree is desired with prior experience in areas such as fundraising or marketing, however fresh graduates with the above key skills are welcomed.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in research and able to devise strategies while identifying key opportunity for donation possibilities.
• Great people management skills to build long-term relationships with potential donors or volunteers and persuasively explaining the charity’s cause.
• Analytical skills to manage budgets and hit fundraising targets.
• Meticulously organised with relevant IT skills.
• Having an interest and committed to the foundation’s cause is essential.
