Our client provides our consumers with logistics needs by having an established integrated online ecosystem. The ecosystem allows the end user to search and book any logistics services such as cross border delivery, domestic delivery, collection point, custom clearance, warehouse and storage, tracking and system API.

The company is looking for an assistant manager who can manage the general flow of warehousing operations, which includes the planning and monitoring of inbound and outgoing deliveries. Other job scopes include the supervising of logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising of logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
• Organizing of warehouse, label goods, plot routes, and processing shipments.
• Work with various departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
• Update and evaluate metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements.
• Ensure operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.
• Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries.
• Respond to any arising issues or complaints.
• Research on ideal LSP or 3PL techniques, routing, and carriers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry.
• Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Available to work extended hours.
• Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.
