Description :
- Overseeing and supervising the overall function of the Accounts Department.
- Timely preparation and submission of financial reports, group consolidated management reports, yearly financial reports and any other related report(s).
- Prepare and analyse financial statements and monitor budget variances on monthly basis.
- Preparation of the Company’s Annual Report and Board of Directors Report.
- Preparation of budget(s), cost analysis, financial projection, cashflow, corporate financing, project accounting and project feasibility studies.
- Responsible for compliance of local statutory requirements including taxation & audit matters
- Ensure an effective system of accounting and internal control by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
- Advising & recommending to Management regarding Accounting matters.
- Perform ad hoc analysis as required
Requirements :
- Degree in Accounting / Finance, with CA /ACCA / CPA / MIA qualifications.
- Minimum of 4 years working experience in reputable audit firm.
- Able to do company budget and forecast, cash flows and project costing.
- Proficient in speaking and writing in English and Malay languages.
- Ability to work with and relate to internal and external stakeholders.
- Position based in Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur
