JobCart is an established job portal based in Malaysia with regional presence in Singapore, India and Philippines. As a young site, we strive to provide the best service and user experience to both individual and companies who uses our site for the purpose of seeking future employment or seeking future employees. Our portal has been designed to simplify your recruiting needs and job search.
In the coming months, we will integrate best practices and algorithms with features and resources to enhance greater user experience for both employers/recruiters and job seekers. We will incorporate artificial intelligence and machine learning to radically change the recruitment process. JobCart has been granted the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) status by the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) in 2017.
As an initiative to create long term business relationship, JobCart offers unlimited job postings for limited period. Jobs posted will be promoted via key social media by our social media team. I understand and fully agree that by registering on JobCart platform , contact information of my candidates , resources , talents might be shared with third parties such as recruiters or employers . I further confirm that I’ve express consent of my candidates , talents , resources to be shared on JobCart . I here by consent to it and I expressly allow that contact information and resume to be shared with 3rd parties. As such I indemnify JobCart platform and/or it’ owners from any potential violation of privacy laws.
Candidate user policy: All users of this site agree and accept that personal information provided when using this site shall be used by JobCart and its appointed and authorised personnel for the purpose of job-candidate matching. Individual users also agree that their resume and personal details may be retrieved by companies either via applications submitted by the individual users or by way of resume search by the prospective employers. JobCart does not have control or have influence over the use of data retrieved by prospective employer who may access your information from this site which enables them to see your personal information and to contact you. Jobcart is not and shall not be held liable for the accuracy of information submitted by any users of this site. Should you disagree or do not accept these conditions, we strongly discourage you from using this site and advise you not to use this site.
Company user policy: All users agree and accept that information provided when using this site shall be used by JobCart and its appointed and authorised personnel for the purpose of job-candidate matching. Company user agrees to publish full company information required by JobCart including company overview, address, contact details and company logo in all job postings. JobCart reserves the right to edit, remove or disable any job postings or its contents that are incomplete or inaccurate or misleading. Job titles in job postings must only contain the position/job title. Other information accompanying a job title (in job title column) are prohibited. Multiple job titles in a single positing are not allowed as well. JobCart reserves the right to modify the job title without prior information to company users. JobCart may also suspend any users who fail to comply with these Terms & Condition and User Acceptance. Should you disagree or do not accept these conditions, we strongly discourage you from using this site and advise you not to use this site.
Fulfilment policy:Payment to JobCart’s packages can be made by credit card, online transfer or cheque. We will send you a soft copy receipt after every successful payment. Upon successful payment, your chosen package would be activated and you would be able to post jobs. For further enquiries, please contact our support team.
Refund policy: We offer paid services for candidates and company users. The benefits and features are also explained in the pricing of the packages. We urge users who seek or wish to use our paid services to go through the same and should contact us in case they require any clarification before subscribing to the packages. Due to the nature of the services we offer it is not possible for us to refund the money. The subscription packages are neither re-saleable nor transferable by the subscriber to any other user, firm, individual or any corporate. However the subscriber may opt for upgrade or downgrade the package on expiry of such package. JobCart reserves the right to suspend/terminate the services contracted by the subscriber or user either prior or during the contract period without assigning any reason thereof. In such an eventuality the amount paid by the subscriber for our services may be refunded to the subscriber at the sole discretion of JobCart.
Anti-Spam Policy: We hold zero tolerance policy towards spam. We shall in no case allow spammers to spam the website and create bad user experience. The access to database services is aimed at providing recruitment solutions and candidates should be contacted only for genuine jobs in existence. Mails with misleading subject lines in order to intentionally obfuscate the original message, offensive messages, promotional mailers, and marketing mailers are strictly prohibited. Example of spam mails/messages include (but not limited to) blank mails, repeated number of mailers, messages with misleading subject line, unsolicited SMS or voice calls , mails or messages not related to jobs, fraud mails, soliciting payments through mail or messages. We reserve the right to terminate services, without prior notice of the spammers. No refund shall be given under such circumstances.

5. Who owns JobCart?
JobCart is a product of TRITA Technologies Sdn. Bhd. a Malaysian company with MSC Status. We also have a wholly owned subsidiary in India.
6. I have my candidates, why should I subscribe to JobCart?
Even if you have your candidates, we recommend you subscribe to JobCart and get your candidates to apply through your Job posting link. This way all your candidates will be at the same place in your dashboard and it will be easier for you to access them even after a long period say 12 months and you would thus be able to create your pool.
